After twisting 2010 away at a dingy pub, Twist and Shout finally comes to a classy venue that also knows how to party . So bring your dancing shoes, the T&S DJs will have you shaking your tailfeathers and dancing in the streets to their now trademark mix of classic upbeat 1960s tunes – ranging from rock …and soul to surf, psych, doo wop and rhythm and blues.
TONE features a huge wooden floorboard dance floor, 60′s inspired decor and booths, an amazing sound system, $4.50 beers – AND it’s still centrally located just off Oxford Street at Hyde Park. Despite the new plush, retro surroundings, Twist and Shout promises to offer the same unpretentious, uninhibited high-energy classic dance party fun as at did all through 2010.
